Yogasana Check: Dancer’s Pose
“Yoga means addition – addition of energy, strength and beauty to body, mind and soul.” –Amit Ray
Natarajasana or Lord of the Dance Pose is one of my favourite asanas. It’s gorgeous and powerful! There are a lot of variation of this pose but the classic and full dancer’s pose are always on my top list to practice.
Balance may be hard to find in these pose but once you get the hang of it, for sure you’ll ask for more! Dancer’s Pose stretches the chest, shoulders, back, hamstrings, abdomen, legs and ankles. It improves flexibility and balance.
Instagram became my witness and my documentary guide to my yoga progress. I’m happy that this pose is present in my practice not everyday but most of the time.
I am blessed to share my yoga journey to everyone. Namaste.
