Children’s Yoga Program

Jollity Yoga (Unofficial Poster)

Recently I was a bit busy preparing for the Children’s Yoga Program for my school. If all the stars will collide, I will be teaching Children’s Yoga during the weekends. My fingers and toes are all crossed when thinking about this program. It will be a new experience for me, as I will make my own program. As much as possible I don’t check other Yoga Programs on Youtube or other social medias nor checking my Children’s Yoga Books that I bought in India and published by different authors around the world. I am trying to create my own version of Children’s Yoga without copying the ideas of other authors and teachers.

Last year before my Kindergarten 2 students graduated from our school, we were able to create some yoga games and stretching. And guess what? they contributed a lot! specially giving titles for each games! It was indeed a memorable moment, and I hope that they will join the program any time soon!

I am lucky enough that I have willing and talented friends to help me illustrate some pictures for the yoga practice, find the correct notes that I am composing forĀ songs that I will be teaching to the class and of course it is very important that I have supportive School Management and Co Teachers.

I am excited to start this program as soon as possible. May heaven and earth allow me fulfil one of my dreams, to create a Children’s Yoga program and of course, someday, a book of my own.

Bellow are some of the illustrations that I will be using for the program.
