Back Strengthening: Locust Pose
Locust Pose has different kinds of variations. This very therapeutic asana can be performed in more advance way. In fact, this pose is one of the best asanas to cure back pain. It is very beneficial for the back muscles and spine.
Take note that if you have heart problem, stomach or any internal injuries, try to make it slow or execute this once you are fully recovered.
